Editorial process (peer review)

First the reviewer is requested by email to accept or decline the manuscript review. The request includes manuscript title, abstract, journal's URL, username and password to enter the journal. Once accepted, the reviewer can read the guidelines and proceed to the next step. Then the reviewer can download the submitted article and write comments to the editor and the author, as the second window is just for the editor. Finally, the reviewer can make recommendations as follows: Accept Submission; Revisions Required; Resubmit for Review; Resubmit Elsewhere; Decline Submission.
